Program: Business Administrative Support I

In today’s business world, employees are expected to excel at a wide range of tasks. They must be able to use the latest computer programs including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing programs; they must be able to write well; they must interact with customers and employees in a professional manner; and they must know how to manage multiple responsibilities. The TATC Business Administrative Support I Program provides foundational training in business, accounting, and computer skills to prepare you for employment in a variety of organizational settings.

Math and English levels:
Adult students will be assessed using the Test of Adult Basic English (TABE) Locator and Survey or through high school or college transcripts. High School students will be assessed by their counselor.

• Business writing, proofreading, and math
• Managing business and financial records, and basic accounting
• Computer applications such as MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Database applications such as MS Access

$10.89 per hour
